Welcome to Christine's corner of life, where you can explore a collection of my short stories. These stories are crafted with adults in mind, delving into various themes and experiences.

Below you will find the first short story that I wrote,.

What do you think is this story a true story, a dream or just my imagination.

Creasw

Tucked between the pages of the Bible my mother had given me

years ago was something unexpected.

A letter with many creases in it. It's like it has been looked at

many times before.

Was it meant for me to find? Yes, of course, but why now?

You see, my mother passed away in her sleep last week, and the

burial is tomorrow.

I'd best wait till after the burial and get a good night's sleep

tonight, I will need it.

Let's fast forward. It was later that night when I finally found

myself alone.

I picked up the Bible and opened to the page where the letter

was. My hands started to shake as I slowly opened the letter.

What I was about to find out would change my life forever. The

letter started with: To my two beautiful babies.

Oh my God, I thought I was an only child all these years. I now

have twin siblings. I guess my next step is to track them down

by doing a DNA test. I hope that in the near future, I will get to

meet them. Only the future will tell...
